An Introduction to Personal Safety for Women A
Live Seminar with Harry Glick
It takes many years of serious training to master a single martial arts system. However, as Bruce Lee once said, "Take whatever works for you and forget the rest".
The goal of this videotape is to teach viewers at least one (1) technique that will work for them. Thus, age, size, physical condition, or lack of previous martial arts training will not be a factor. More importantly, you will start to
feel better about yourself and develop confidence in your new ability.
